WHAT?
100 gr oatmeal (I used old-fashioned oats)
140 gr peanut butter
50 gr ground golden flaxseeds
75 gr semisweet chocolate chips
100 gr agave nectar (or honey)
10 gr chia seeds
How?
- Put all ingredients and stir for 30 seconds on speed 5 reverse or until thoroughly mixed.
- Spread the mixture out on a plate (or baking sheet), then cover it with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Roll into balls of desired size.
- Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
- Makes about 23 balls.
