Energy bites (no bake)



100 gr oatmeal (I used old-fashioned oats)

140 gr peanut butter

50 gr  ground golden flaxseeds

75 gr semisweet chocolate chips

100 gr agave nectar (or honey)

10 gr chia seeds

  1. Put all ingredients and stir for 30 seconds on speed 5 reverse or until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Spread the mixture out on a plate (or baking sheet), then cover it with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Roll into balls of desired size.
  4. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
  5. Makes about 23 balls.
